Configuring Microsoft Entourage

The information on this page applies to all versions of Microsoft Entourage.

Configuration

You should follow through these instructions if you have not yet set up your account, or if you are having problems
with sending and receiving mail. They should fix most problems that occur within Entourage.

Click on the Tools menu in Entourage and then click on Accounts.

In the new window that appears, click on the New button and
select Mail from the drop down box.

In the new account window, Set the account type to POP and then click Ok.

In the new window that appears, Set the account name to the name of your Linknet Account.
Click in the Name field under Personal Information and enter your name.

After you have completed entering your name, Click in the email address field and enter your
Linknet email address.

Once you have entered your email, click in the Account ID field and enter your Linknet username.
Next, click in the POP server field and enter pop.linknet.com.au

After you have completed typing in the POP server address, Click in the password field
and enter your Linknet account password.

Lastly, Click in the SMTP Server field and type in smtp.linknet.com.au.

Once you have completed this, Click on the Ok button and your account will created.
