You will firstly need to have the account setup for your domain. Linknet may have origionally done this for you, However if you are setting up a new account you will need to create the account using the mailmax admin system or for some users your domains cpanel.
If using mailmax log in using the username admin@yourdomain.com.au where yourdomain.com.au is your web address minus the www. Once inside the mailmax system click the 'Edit other users' button to create a new account.
