ACCOUNT EXPIRY NOTIFICATION
Invoices are emailed to customers 10 days prior to their
account expiry. If the account remains unpaid Reminder Notices are
emailed to customers 3 days prior to their account expiry. If still
unpaid accounts are disabled at the beginning of the day (midnight)
after the expiry date.
Accounts may be renewed at any point up until 60 days after their
expiry, either by calling 02 6684 3345 during business hours, by
sending in a cheque or money order for payment to PO Box 520 Mullumbimby
NSW 2482 (your full name, address & login name, must be written
on the back of the cheque), or visit our office at 18 Tincogan Street,
Mullumbimby to renew in person.
By renewing your account, you are accepting the current Linknet
Terms & Conditions.
Generally, expired accounts will be deleted from the system 60
days after the account has expired. However, in the event that a
request is made for the login name of an expired account, the expired
account, along with all associated services, including email and
any web pages, MAY be deleted from the system, ANYTIME from one
month after the account has expired.
Once an account has been marked "Expired", it cannot
be re-activated until full payment has been received.
EMAIL REDIRECTION
Email will be redirected to another email address for free whilst
your account is current. Please note that this does not apply to
accounts that are suspended.
Email may be redirected to another email address at a cost of $55
per six months once your account has expired.
Email redirection is not available for accounts that have been
refunded.
EMAIL FORWARDING
Under no circumstances will Linknet forward email from your Linknet
Mailbox to another email address once it has been stored in your
mail box, regardless of whether your account is current or otherwise.
It is your responsibility to retrieve your own email. Should email
arrive at your account after the account has expired, the only possible
way you can retrieve that mail is to renew your account. Linknet
makes no guarantee that any email will be retained after an account
expires. Both the email account, and any email held in it, may be
permanently deleted at any point in time from one month after the
account has expired.
Webpage Redirectors
(A webpage redirector is a webpage that indicates that your website
has been moved to another location.)
A Webpage redirector can only be implemented whilst your account
is still current. No access will be given to your directory once
your account has expired and Linknet will not access your directory
on your behalf.
A web page redirector will generally remain in place for a period
of 60 days after your account has expired. However, in the event
that a request is made for the login name of an expired account,
the expired account, along with all associated services, including
web redirection, may be deleted from the system, as early as anytime
from one month after the account has expired.
Webpage redirection is only available for websites under the Linknet
domain (eg: www.linknet.com.au/username). It is not possible to
place a redirector under a partial or full domain.
Webpage redirection is not available for refunded accounts. |
