Tariffed account plans consist of Peak (8am - 11pm) and Off peak (11pm - 8am) download  periods.
If you exceed your nominated monthly download  in either period , your service  will be shaped
to dial up speed for the remainder of the monthly billing cycle. No additional charges will apply.

If you choose to pay excess on your current monthly account this will be charged at $0.05c per meg
and you service will maintain its broadband speed. 
For this option please email support@linknet.com.au with your request.

Alternatively you can  upgrade to a service plan with a higher data limit. 
This can be done on the "My Accounts" page at the Linknet web site.
There are no charges for upgrading, you just pay the difference between the accounts.



Installation
Installation includes the labour component of an average installation to one wired data delivery point at the customers residence. Installation includes Wireless Broadband Router. All equipment installed at the customers premises remains the property of Linknet.

WDSL Plans
WDSL Plan name indicates the download speed relative to the download quota for each monthly billing cycle.

Peak Speeds
Peak speeds indicate the maximum throughput that can be obtained on the network at any single point in time. At least 60% of the peak speed will be available at least 75% of the time during the monthly billing cycle.

Monthly Download Quota
Each Linknet wireless plan has an indicated amount of data included per month which can be downloaded without incurring excess charges. Data may only be used during the current month's billing cycle and may not be carried over to the next billing cycle.

Shaping
Shaping refers to when a customer connection has reached it's allocated Monthly download or upload Quota it will automatically have it's speed slowed to 64k/64k, for the remainder of the month.
If a customer wishes to regain the peak speed of their connection, they have the option of upgrading to the next account
or paying excess charges on the data they use after the allowcated Monthly download quota has been used.

Monthly Cost
Monthly cost indicates the total amount the customer is liable to pay each month to recieve the indicated
peak speed and monthly download quota
